"Tik Tik Tik" is a Tamil science fiction thriller movie released in 2018. The film is set in the near future and revolves around the efforts of a group of experts to prevent an impending asteroid collision with Earth.

The story begins with a large asteroid named "Krypton" being detected on a collision course with Earth. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) predicts that the impact will cause widespread destruction and could potentially wipe out all life on the planet. In order to avert this catastrophe, they devise a plan to destroy the asteroid before it reaches Earth's atmosphere.

To accomplish this mission, ISRO decides to send a team of highly skilled and experienced astronauts into space. However, they face a major obstacle as the mission requires drilling a hole into the asteroid and planting a nuclear bomb deep inside it. Traditional methods would take a long time to complete the drilling process, and there isn't enough time available.

In a desperate attempt to speed up the operation, ISRO seeks the help of Vasu (played by Jayam Ravi), a skilled magician and escape artist. Vasu is known for his ability to break into high-security areas using his unique skills. The authorities believe that his expertise in breaking through barriers could be useful in drilling into the asteroid quickly.

Vasu reluctantly agrees to help, but he has a personal motive as well. His son Ravi (played by Aarav Ravi) is kidnapped by a group of terrorists who plan to use the chaos caused by the asteroid to their advantage. Vasu and his team of astronauts, along with Swathi (played by Nivetha Pethuraj), an ISRO scientist, embark on a dangerous mission to save the world and rescue Vasu's son.

The team faces numerous challenges in space, including technical difficulties, time constraints, and the presence of the terrorists who are hiding aboard their spacecraft. As they navigate these obstacles, they must also deal with personal conflicts and tensions within the group.

With the clock ticking and the asteroid nearing Earth, Vasu and his team must overcome all odds to complete their mission successfully. They confront the terrorists, find a way to drill into the asteroid, and plant the nuclear bomb in time to prevent the catastrophe.

In a thrilling climax, the team manages to detonate the bomb, destroying the asteroid just moments before it enters Earth's atmosphere. The world is saved, and Vasu reunites with his son. The film ends on a positive note, highlighting the triumph of human determination and teamwork in the face of a global crisis.
